Don't get your hopes up... I've purchased several domains from Afternic but most were not listed by the owner. Afternic doesn't seem to check if the person listing the domain actually owns it until after the domain is purchased.

Just type in gym.com and you'll realize this isn't a real listing.

as @Keith mentioned already, Gym.com is developed. Visit the domain and you'll realize the listing on Afternic isn't real. It was a good try, but I don't see this sale ever going through. In fact, the person who listed it on there likely isn't even the real owner.

Assuming for a moment that it was actually the owner of the domain that listed this, let's say it was you who owned gym.com and you mistakenly listed it on afternic for $520, would you a) deliver the domain at that price or b) ignore it completely and allow Afternic to terminate your account?

Forget it.. happened to me already 3-4 times that i tried to purchase a domain on Afternic for a steal, just to be apologized to later by the Afternic staff that it was an invalid listing (and they even deducted the amount from my cc already)..
at least they were quick enough to refund me, but fake listings like these really hurt the user experience with their market.. i mentioned this to their Manager Mike already several times, but he just kept on apologizing and promising they will be more careful with new listings.. whatever
