.Guru TLD... Have Any Worth???

Is it Worth to becoming .Guru??? What's the VALUE according to Investor point of view and End User's point of View?

I guess premium keyword in any extension may have some value and .Guru is not the worst by a long way.

Not too many high value sales with Soccer.Guru at around $12,000 being one of the highest if I remember correctly?
But then most new gtlds have very few sales unless "registry" sales.
