I'm well aware that there are many "haters" of .biz names. Personally, I am not one of them. I have quite a few great keyword .biz names that I have setup as affiliate sites that do Juuuuuuuuuuust fine for me.

However, I think it is extremely difficult to give a proper appraisal for a .biz name, seeing as how sales are few and far between. I don't know if the extension will ever truly "catch on" to more commercial outlets, but nevertheless, it still has value.

Since it is such a generic term, with so many different routes to go in development, I would suggest doing just that. I mean, think of all the subdomain possibilities.

Travel.Guides.biz, Technical.Guides.biz, ect....

I would say you could probably sell it quickly for mid $XXX. But the true value will rest in development. Anyway, good luck with the name....

btw- what price would you be looking to part with it at?
