I think i made a little mistake i think on OT it showed StarGuestBook.com but there is a software called GuestBookStar I will try to sell domain to them..

Unfortunately all you have is 1000+ with the search terms which in Overture is fairly low. If it was overture+ext at that number, it would be worth a great deal. As you stated, best bet is to try and find the interest in the specific search terms and make an attempted sale. Good luck.
