You can just guess but you can never be sure of. Also some domains may sell higher due to namescon.

i reckon the 2 letter .coms in the namescon 2017 auction will sell for $1m plus

and the auction with the bar pub grill cafes in it to sell fpr $8 m plus although i reckon they could sell for $xx,xxx,xxx such is the quality of the domains and the deep pockets of the otential end users if the end users bid directly
