I bought this domain on the cheap at NamePros and have started to develop it. I think that within a month, I can get it up to a pagerank of 2-4. What would it be worth in that case. I'm even willing to sell off in NP$

I would say it only has value for an end user and then maybe low $XXX...

I don't think it would be worth much, if you got it to pagerank 4 like you said then possibly low $xxx, otherwise $xx.

Reason being, I own a very popular GTA fansite myself, and there are simply too many other large fansites already with a loyal following. You are unlikely to make it popular unless you have something truly unique and attractive on the website, which the fans would want. It's going to be pretty hard to make an impact on an already thriving community.

Secondly, the next two GTA games already have names. So "next" isn't really getting many type ins these days, not even in search engines. I've noticed a considerable decrease in the amount of people finding my site through searching for terms like "release date of the next gta game" or "next gta game" for example.

Good luck with the development though, I see you already have a forum set up.
