Grouping names or single listings?

Does grouping names with a similar theme for sale work better than selling them as single domains?
Faster/slower sale? More/same/less money?
Example - I own
FindAffordableLand.com
FindAffordableRealEstate.com
FindAffordableHouses.com
FindAffordableApartments.com

I'm just curious as to if there is an advantage to selling a domain name package.

Some people may have success with portfolios but generally you will make more selling names individually. The issue with selling groups/portfolios is that 99.9% of the time you are selling to other domainers rather than to end users. With that said, themed portfolios may do slightly better at auction than hodge podge portfolios... I tried the latter recently and got slaughtered
