This is a nice forum which is growing, This is a great investment.
I just do not have the time anymore to do this. I have other plans, no longer forums. This is why i am selling.

This site comes with everything you see here, I have the ipb license which it will be yours. The history for the ipb license is Purchase Date Nov 30, 2005
Renewal Date Nov 29, 2006
Note that when it expires does not mean you cannot use the ipb board all it means is that you cannot get a upgrade. without renewing.

The site has not gotten any revenue yet, or it may have gotten maybe 10 cents, i did just put up ads. It has a few posters who go back every day and post. Its basically in need of a person who has time to finish developing it.
