I bought this domain, along with the script a while back and planned to make it a local classifieds site for the state of arizona because it is a great, open niche but I don't have time to get the site going now.
The domain is registered at namecheap until 04/29/2007 and is a great 5 letter .com
The site uses PHPclassifieds, a $179 script from DeltaScripts.
The design is a unique customizitaion I made off of the DeltaScipt theme and includes the unique header image designed to represent Arizona.
