I can't see how can you develop them or how can a buyer develop them...true there are one word names but it doesn't mean all one word names are valuable. Imagine you are a buyer...would you buy them and what for?
I would say...reg fees

Agree with Loredan. A one-worder is not always valuable if it's of little use and the .biz TLD does not fit for everything.
A few of the names like equate have potential for a company bearing the same name. Most names are worthless IMO even under .com.

In my opinion and experience in selling .biz, it hasn't been that good. I'm losing money on domains I invested in with them, as great as those names are, and true as it may be, that they get lots of hits, the TLD kills it, who actually searches for .biz's, it's not even advertised on television yet, as it stands currently I still say reg fee, except for a few you might be able to sell to businesses like equate. Good names though, you never know. Hold onto it if you think .biz will take off.

You cannot compare your domains with the .com counterpart. It isn't a good measure of what the inferior .biz is worth on your registrations.

If I saw these .biz versions for sale or open for reg, I would pass on them.

You shouldn't be worrying about why other people register .bz, .tv, .nu, .org.uk and other obscure extensions because you'll fall in to the same boat as 90% of everyone else who registered bad names. That's the problem with most of the names getting posted for appraisal here...most of them are bad. What's hurting the registrant are the people who are posting kudos to the buyer for a good reg instead of telling them the reality of a bad pick up--it's hurting the registrant because ultimately the money is coming out of their wallet based on pipe dreams for brainstormed names.

"Where is the good appraiser?" If someone told you that these names were great and that you should hold out for $xxx apiece, then would you consider that a "real fare value"? Would you like that better?

We all are real appraisers giving you our honest opinions....but anyway, i would saying mostly aroudn reg fee, though a few you might be able to sell low - mid xx
