This name has so much potential for development. It's short and easy to remember. It could describe many facets of PHP, not just articles, but artful or masterful code, tricks of the PHP trade, the "best of the best" blogs, CMS apps, and so on. It's not only a good catch, it's an interesting name.

Dollar value to an investor capitalizing on a site idea would be quite high (>$1k). Value to an individual with modest resources -- no matter how great their idea may be -- is considerably lower (<$100). Finding the right buyer is the key. Good luck!
