I really need some info about this.
Are similar looking characters in a domain drive trademark issues ?

E.g.
lntel.info OR 1tel.info looks like intel.info !
Also what about eyentel.com,that sounds such !

Are there any trademark/legal issue with such similar looking/pronounceable characters in domains ?
