Established Great Chemistry Website For Sale!

Website Address is above in an image. I am selling my favorite site here because I don't have time to keep it up nor do I have money to pay hosting bills after the summer. This site was designed for people I tutored the basic chemistry series to come and view and learn what they were having problems with.

I am a Chemistry Tutor as well as working in a chemistry lab at the local community college. I have had 1 college year of general chemistry and had a ph.D. look through my website. I have put over 90 hours into this website alone just figuring out content.

Everything on this website is completely unique, EVERY PAGE was written by me and every sample problem was created and designed by me. There are over 12 pages of chemistry content alone that are unique. Everything is set up and ready to go for the next owner. This is a perfect site to add adsense and let google index and do the work.

I am accepting offers on this website, the highest offer I have received was $110.00.

Stats are roughly 10-12 uniques a day. Never used adsense.
