rio is really nice and i am sure you would enjoy a lot
marica is a city close to rio (about 60 miles away);if you want to see beautiful beaches in the state google "ilha grande" and "arraial do cabo" :tu:

Are you using Tor or something? Do you have something molesting your UA string in your browser?

I checked my laptop, no results so far, looks clean...still have to do more with it...It is definetely with the IE, FF shows it

Go to www.ipchicken.com and make sure the UA specifies the correct page language. en-US would be US english, where tw-ZH (iirc) would be chinese for taiwan.

Also check IE's language preference settings. It might be deliberately asking the server for the chinese version.
