I have used this site as a great anchor site for my other sites. Enterwork is a PR4 and I have just added a directory yesterday. It has more than 100+ submissions since yesterday. And it is still having sites being submitted.

I also have done link exchanges with some sites(from linkmarket.net). There are 2 PR6's 3 PR 3's.

I have made about $50 in link sales with this site as well. I haven't pushed the sales really. Nor have I added clicksor or adsense either. Just never got around to it.

So this site can make profit as well as a great anchor site for PR if you have multiple sites. And the directory will most likely help with PR and what not.

Reason why of Sale: I am to busy with my other two sites and in the process of building my 3rd site. I thought I could handle what I could and got in over my head. I would rather sell it than have it neglected because of other work.

Now remember people this is an anchor site. It has a PR4 with a new directory. Which might just give a boost. But who is to say if you buy the site of what you can do with it. I am sure if you write scripts you can sell them from this site.

There are 23 users with about 585 posts. It also will include 11 aritcles. Aritcles sell anywhere between $3 to $10 depending on the word count. So there is value to this site along with the links sales.
