Howdy, I have owned this domain for several years. It is an actual island in the Florida Keys. There is a big developer here and a bunch of hotels and restaurants on the island. I did the free appraisals and they came back with a 760 figure. However, it is a spot on the map, and I have been approached by a few different companies, by email to sell it. The companies are large internet maps and promoters for the florida keys. I don't want to sell myself short nor be greedy. What do you think is a fair price for the domain? Thanks in advance.

First, thanks for reading my post. Second, x,xxx could be a big range ya? Like 9,999 or 1,000 Obviously I want as much as possible, however with IPV6 working shortly is it going to devalue the .coms ? If someone can put me on the highest end, I have no problem paying finders fee.

What IPv6 has to do with .com ?

I would take the appraisals with a pinch of salt, it's always a best-case scenario after all. Doesn't mean anybody will actually buy one day.
Just ran a quick search, it's a small island with a low population but there are some sponsored ads in google, which is a good thing. Perhaps there are possible end users among the advertisers. Good luck.

It's a beautiful place. Next to Marathon. The Keys rely on tourists for a large part of their income, so could have some value.

Thanks all for the input. I don't need to pawn the name for fast cash. While it is a small island, there is a lot of $ here.
