Graphic Project

This is an on going project that I thought a designer was going to complete for me. However after 2+ weeks of waiting for a response from them I'm trying again. I don't want pm'd offers, attempts to get this completed privately have failed. Show me your ideas....

Project Name: Black Falls City
Type of Site: online RPG

What I need:
1 header graphic (1000 pixels X 75 pixels, needs to include text "Black Falls City")
1 menu graphic (will be stand alone, so think of like floating sign?)

Color Scheme:
Both graphics should look well together. In other words, I'm open to anything so as they match. I don't want to see an orange/black/white header and a brown/white menu....

Details:
This is for an online RPG game. The main background will be black, main text will be white. Link colors will vary depending on location. Neither graphic needs to be extreme, just something clean and eye catching. These 2 graphics will be the only used in the layout so no need to worry about them matching anything else.

Pay: $20 (USD) & 50np

If you want the pay...show me some work (watermark it please).

ebsolutions - I'm not interested in working privately. I've tried that twice and have been stiffed both times. Unless submitting sample designs, I'm not interested.

ShaneSites - Banner link doesn't work. Menu sample....I like it however, I have to be able to cut it up to make it expandable vertically which wouldn't work with yours.
