I am looking for appraisals of the site GTAChat.com.

I would like appraisals of the developed site with posts/members/etc. The site recieves well over 1000 uniques per month (over 1400 so far in January).

First off, are you sure you're really getting 1000+ uniques/mo?

Somehow only 85 registered members makes me think that the traffic is either not really coming or it's from a bad source (such as PTC sites, PTR sites, etc).

If that's all real unique typein and search engine traffic, then all the more to you... The domain could be worth near $200 with that much traffic... But if it's all from paid sources or isn't even real traffic, then the domain's not worth more than a few bucks above reg-fee (around $25 probably). Also, it looks as though members haven't been active for quite a while.

most thread havent been active since oct and etc.. i would say the name is worth reg fee, since chat is commonly used for chat rooms etc.. gtaforum would have been better for that type of site.

webalizer says 1400+ unique sites this month and ive never payed for hits. about 1/3 of my visitors come from yahoo search results.
