Can you explain exactly how one would update the database, and how involved the process is? Have there been any complaints against the site or software? Would the links be at download.com and other places become dead after moving the site to the standalone URL that conveys with the site, since the site is currently hosted on your other site? Is there a way to make money from this site? What's the benefit of running it?

Also, is there any method of catching more advanced phishing methods, such as IE drive-by-downloads of trojans and the like? Unless this website is updated minute by minute it wont be that effective - phishing sites usually stay up for a couple of days max. Also, you probably noticed but a majority of phishing pages are set up on already hacked pages - do you block the whole domain, if so, you could be targetting innocent webmasters. I understand your intentions are good but these are big issues.

Ok, some serious questions:

1. Did you write this script or do you own resell rights to it?

2. Does the buyer get all rights to the script and a guarantee that you will not sell it anywhere else? Do you have any other site hosting the same / similar script?

3. Why does the website have no Alexa rank? Can you please post stats.

4. Why have you not answered any of the questions above. Can you please do so now. The chances of your website getting sold increase ten fold if you just reply to questions in time and with transperancy
