any final verdict If gpt is tm???? if so then is it only gpt the 3 letters or anything it combines with too? there are 100 Google site say its tm..showing lawsuit letters etc... then 100 saying not tm... then another 100 say its unclear pending etc... how to know???

Could be a while longer still. The USPTO made an initial decision that "GPT" is a generic term and can't be registered in the U.S., but it looks like OpenAI still has a few more months yet before they'd even have to respond to that. And then, if the USPTO sticks to their initial decision, OpenAI could still appeal to an appeals board, and even a court if they want...

(As for other countries, that's a different story -- looks like they've been more generous with granting it. But OpenAI is US-based and presumably they'd really like to have it domestically.)

Don’t transfer the domain to any broker because you may get scammed or cheated .

Broker can ask you to change name server to a specific landing page or his brokerage company to promote and market the domain .
but to transfer the domain thats a huge risk in my opinion .
