They must be - I am amazed how hard it was to even get some 2 word .eu's :-/
.

Rumor has it that most of the really big time speculators are not from Europe :alien:

That would'nt surprise me one little bit to be honest ! It should all come out sooner or later where they all went to, They probably just set up a fake company in Europe to get around the rules ?

Same old story - The rich get richer - the poor get S****** :td:

There are now 10488 .eu's listed at sedo !!

Exactly what im thinking about .EU.
This is not equal competition.

You can use the sedo search funtion - set it to .eu - you can also set the lower section for checking how many have had bids - quality - traffic etc
This works for all extensions.

There have been quite a few bids already top ones being poker.eu with 85 bids and domain.eu with 36 bids - not bad in a couple of days eh ?

I don't think there is such a thing as "equal competition" when it comes to the corporate mentality unfortunately.

Gaz,
You see me smiling :)
Im happy, I just feel that it was a big mess for many and wish they would have set a limit like 3,so that everyone could have got what they wanted, or at least one.

I am glad you are smiling with your setabet but I don't think it would of made much difference if we had just gone for a couple and not got over excited/greedy.

most the Prime single words & LLL.eu's were probably gone in the few few hours by fake registers set up with the sole purpose of manipulating the system and grabbing them for themselves :td: even getting a decent 2 worder was near impossible.

I went for about 20 originally, through GoDaddy. Needless to say I got none of them :( In anger I went to another registrar and went for 4 very pointless .eu's for the sake of it - got them. My apologies in advance for the nature of the latter 3... protect the kiddies 'n all that :D

p0k3r.eu, c0k.eu, t1t.eu, d1k.eu :(

Yeah I pre-regg'ed around 70 names across different registrars (godaddy, pool, internet.bs, networking4all) All but two were LLL.eu's. I live in Europe and started pre-regging as soon as I could (appx dec). I got one domain. The worst one that I only kept cos I couldn't delete it from the menu in internet.bs: x-men3.com.
Can't believe it went so bad.
Pool have aquired 3 of the LLL.eu's I wanted so I'll probably have the opportunity to bid silly money for them. :(
