Screw the parking! You just got the email that I hope for every time I buy a dropped name.

He already has vested interest in the name, so try and squeeze a couple hundred bucks out of him and then on to the next. B-)

Thanks, but it seems the email was from India, I seriously doubt he has a couple of hundred of Dollars, this is like a fortune in India. Another reason is: maybe even renewal fee is to much for him and he wants it for free. But I guess I am not giving it away for free.

The comment is not in a good taste, Robert.

I agree that there is dearth of people in India, who would offer good money for domain names.

But, there are a lot of xxxx .in sales, that are reported regularly, i refer to the ones made by Indians.

So, to say that it is like a fortune to have $100 in India, is condemnable, especially for any Indian to hear, or, read.

You got to get your facts right, go check wiki, for where India stands in terms of Economy.

sorry, but those are facts, I guess average sallary is about 150 USD per month. And there is a reason that some PC are not accepting people from India. I didnt want to hurt anybody, but the money is somehow more worth than in Europe. In the country where I live in 250 USD are hardly enough for months grocery.

Listen dude, that might be just a reflection of overall stats, mainly due to the country being the 2nd most populous in the world.

But, to say that having a couple of 100 dollars is like a fortune, is totally stupid.

You aren't aware of the complete stats, why not bother to check .in sales, before stating that you just did.

I can agree on anything regarding someone trying to grab that domain away, by emotional blackmailing.
But can't stay quiet when you try to bring down a whole country, just for one sick guy trying to snatch away some pityful domain, that might be worth 100/200/300/400/500 dollars.

Sorry but the sales of .in country does not mean anything regarding economics in India. Sure that a people in higher Kastas are reacher. But thats not relevant. You sure wouldnt agree by the fact that the criminal rate when people have nothing to eat is higher. There is a reason I get from Benin country like 3 times per day an email that there is a Western Union lottery waiting for me. I just think Web criminal is related with peoples despair.
I am not judging anybody, but please dont refer to .in sales. Its about overall economy impression, average people cant afford "yours faithfully .in sales"
And in addition, human gay rights are simply a horror in your country.

"You got to get a life, regarding your attitude about 'India'".

India doesn't need your expertise to improve/degrade itself.

You started a thread that is related to a .in domain, so why not refer to .in sales? Weird reasoning.

The country was under British rule for about 250+ years, and it isn't like the United States that claimed Independence in 1776.

And thus, it is picking up, on all sorts of progression.

so consider, my domain could be as is the part of "your .in sales" Why you cant do the deductive reasoning?Instead of that you have prejudices and you are putting my domain to your 100-500 USD basket.

Great, but then if it happens to fall in that bracket, how does your 'ridiculous' statement stand true to its derogatory claim then?

Say that 200$ in India are a good amount of money can be true (on average). But say that it's a fortune made me laugh...

It doesn't matter how much you can sell that particular .in name for, all I am saying is, you can't defame the whole country for the sake of one particular domain name.

@donnie
He doesn't know a fig about India, and the sort of wealth people have here.

I agree that people aren't tech savvy, and there are lots and lots of people, who are poor.

But then, it happens to be the case with a lot of developing economies.

decades, either you are uneducated or having fun here.

people in india dont earn dollar they have there own currency. your dollar wont work in india.
people here earn more than enough money to live a luxurious life that dollar people wont live even after earning $5000 a month.

anyway good luck with whatever your thinking because this thinking will take you no where.

Yes as I mentioned you have so much wealth, that the rich americans are using Indian surrogacy as planting machines, because they dont want to spoil their figure. Thats an alarm sign for "developing economy"

There is an BDP calculated in US Dollars, so its external standard regardless of currency.
