I think you can ask more for this. I would counter offer with mid-high $xxx and then you can still go lower.

I don't think its worth $100, so I would sell it and don't even try to counter offer, because he/she might just change their mind.

I would have appraised it at reg fee.

I agree, 100$ is a good offer for this one, just sell it, because its only parked and isnt adveloped forum at the moment, but if you think you can make it a big forum then just hold onto it for now.
