Got addicted

Hey guys,my name is Vlad and I have just recently got into domain trading - from a week. It is very addictive, I have slept 3 hours last night as I was researching some domains.

I have 20+ years building WordPress websites, professional hosting and marketing. It never crossed my mind that trading domains can be a business model. Yeah I have stumbled on articles about that but it didn't seem serious to me.

I don't know what changed but I somehow got inspired to start doing it. I really like analysis and the common sense needed to excel in domaining.

I have been reading a lot to understand the concepts, and honestly - I have my doubts I am a bit late for the party since all industries are rapidly changing by the AI implementation. And not sure if I can make a living from that.

Nevertheless I am here, and slowly growing my portfolio with new registrations as I don't have the money to invest for buying old good domains.

I suspect that if I manage to get a meaningful sale I will go all in that (for now) hobby.

Yeah I see that actually a big part of the competition lacks common sense, but there are also a lot of well established players with big budgets (and common sense)that I am far for competing with.

Yeah I see that actually a big part of the competition lacks common sense, but there are also a lot of well established players with big budgets (and common sense)that I am far for competing with.

One thing to note from my own exp, when I began domaining I did not listen to experienced pros, they told, focus on quality rather than quantity, now only after almost 6 years I have to agree that they were right.
