I hope your possible "agreements" are interesting. So you're selling this knowing it violates the TM?

Sorry, I'm from Spain and when I speak (or write) in English I want to use the minimum words. I should explain it better.

googlenews.es (I think) has a lot of posibilities, because you can make a web about the service GoogleNews (TM) or a web with news about Google (TM).

There are (and were) lots of webs about Google (TM) with the name on their domain. For example, the most critic web about Google, http://www.google-watch.org/, uses his name. The web is at this time on-line, and even Google has opined about it.

There are other domains that have been claimed by Google. For example, www.googlemania.com. One time it was a very famous web about Google, but the search engine claimed the domain and its TM name, so they agreed a price for the web. And today, the domain is redirectioned to www.ojobuscador.com.

Well, with googlenews.es, yo can make a good forum, web or blog with news about Google. And the name is very characteristic.

But in the worst, if Google claims for the domain, a good agreement is very posible, better if you have a site developed on it.
