Google+ Question

Hello all,
I wasn't sure where this question should go. So, I figured that since I don't know, probably the newbie section is the right place for me, lol.
My questions, is it possible to lock up a Google+ page name? What does it take to lock the name (FB you need 30 likes)? What would the address be (FB's is facebook.com/pagename)?

I just know you need a verified phone number to get the custom URL. Pretty sure you can get it right off the bat

Yep - as long as it's not in use there are no follower requirements.
Once you choose a name they will make you jump through hoops if you want to change it, so be sure thats the name you want.
