Wow, google is really spreading their fingers thin now. It will be interesting to see if people use this over eBay and other sites where paypal.com seems to have a high stronghold.

Google's 'do no evil' montra may not hold up if they continue to try and put companies out of business with their huge product line.

Very good! I hope this turns out good and many sites will be accepting it, as I know I will be . I will do anything to stay away from paypal, but unfortunately it's the worlds largest in payment processor.

No, they closed because it was a massive failure, because of Paypal.

most of my friends are looking to switch to google payment system including me google is trusted all over the world than paypal
paypal had already recorded as scams by freezing accounts

when it comes to these payment systems, its about convenience and cost. i often find paypal convenient, and if google's system turns out to be convenient and reasonably priced, i might open up and account.

'Do no evil' is Google's 'catchphrase'. Since when is achieving well in business 'evil'? If the payment system takes off, I believe that Paypal will finally have a real competitor, and the two can battle it out and therefore benefit users with lower prices, and higher quality service

Im not sure competing with paypal is really that much of an advancment, yeah it may keep paypal on its toes. But it will take alot of work to take over the market which paypal has been in the lead for years

I have paypal account but I can only send founds not receive heh
so I don't use it
