What he is asking for specifically, is a bunch of gullible twits to help him get to a numer one ranking on Google, without him having to pay a dime for it.

He 'sells' search engine promotion and optimisation, and he wants YOU to help him get to number one ranking, so he can make more money, without having to pay any out.

If he gets to number one, he uses this as a boast on his website that he is a clever website optimiser. What he will no doubt neglect to add to his claims is that he got to number one by spamming every forum, wicki site and bulletin board he could get his hands on.
