Google maps directions output to RSS?

Is there any way one could take the directional (from "here" to "there") output from the google maps api and turn that into RSS on the fly. . .which. . .I guess would just be particularly formatted XML? I guess my question is there any output for that at all?

The imaging used in the new feature was collected by a company called Immersive Media, whose vans throughout these cities to collect the photos.
