Hi.

I have made a web-site and I want to index all pages at Google.
I have registered my site with Googles own register-form.

Now it seems that the only page that has been indexed is the main page.
When I try to search with words that is on any sub-page, I get no hits at Google.

What may I have done wrong? Is it a design issue?

I hope you can help me.

The web site is: divinename.no

It takes time for google to index all your pages.
Google has added a new thing known as the sandbox.
What it does is first index you main page and 1 to 3 months later index your subpages this is done to stop people from spamming the search engine.

I think the Almighty doesn't want Google to index your site. :bingo: ha...
You can't use God's name like that.

Commandment number three:

You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.

You just gotta be patient... It can really frustrating how slow google is though. If you need some relief, check msn search. They index very fast.

Make sure you pages are linked to each other and to main page , and try exchanging with some site which is already listed .

A quick question on this topic - I have heard that if your pages are not linked in HTML then the crawlers can't find it. For example, let's say you have a really nifty menu system with pulldown menus, etc. If this is written in Java, then the crawler won't know about the other pages. The crawler will start with the one that you listed, and then move on down a thread.

This makes sense to me, but I figured some of you might know the answer.

Keep a clean source code, good optimization and get as many IBL's as you can from relevant sites.

If your afraud that your drop down menu will not be crawler freindly, then just make a sitemap on your page, and have google crawl the links through that.

I encountered the same issue a few months ago, give google at least 2 months to get your sub-pages there, patience patience patience, i know it sucks but hey thats life!

I agree with you on the menu problem. I learned that before. What you should do if you have one of those nice menu systems done in javascript is create a <NOSCRIPT></NOSCRIPT> version of your menu for the non-javascript using world, which works for the spiders. I have learned that the javascript menu's really don't get picked up by spider's first hand.
