Google Glass ... When ?

Any idea when we will see Glassholes in public? .......... seems to be taking a while to reach the general public (could be a good thing)

Google sent me an invite for their BETA glasses. At $1200.00 it wasn't feasible. If they come to the norm consumer less than $500 I'm sure they'll take off. Heck, I'd wear them at work if it made a difference. But who knows when they'll get released to the gen population.

I would like to try some out. If they are worth it and actually can be useful and available in sunglasses lenses as well. lol Id throw a grand out for some.

I actually like the idea of Google Glass, I just dislike that hipsters that will never really make any real use out of it and probably only purchase it strictly to "fit in" have already given it a bad image.
