domain Google future big business domain

If you do a search on G for "google tv ads" you'll know what I mean with google future big business domain! My domain is tvadwords.com!

I just go this from SEDO:

tvadwords.com
2006-01-22 Your Desired Price: Make Offer
2006-01-22 Buyer´s Offer: 300 $US

Should I accept? What should my counter propose be?
Should I keep it, like a good Port wine, althought I might have trademark issues?!

I'd say do what peaches says, except maybe a lower price, like 1000, you don't want to scare off the buyer.
