Google ctr ??? Need help!!!

My adwords account emailed me 2 x today saying i need to restore my account cause my ctr is doing crap!!!!
i did it but how do i improve my ctr?
my keyword max cpc is $1 already.
my key word is only paintball related. so its not particularly high cpc key word!

Any ideas how to improve?
