Find a way to get into dmoz.org, Google and all other search engines will automatically find you.

Or give a free press release at
http://www.prweb.com (and)
http://www.prleap.com

You will automatically get into all the major SE's

Be patient. There is no surefire way to get listed. Google will do things the way they want to so you just have to wait. What you must do is make sure the page is optimized for SE spiders. Loads of tutorial on how to do this.

Make sure as well that you have not done anything to annoy Google. Link farms (read link exchanges), cloaking, doorway pages, duplicated content etc. Do not keep submitting or asking Google why you are not listed, they can blacklist or ban you just because you annoy them.

Tidy up your pages: over 30 tables on one page! This means that the SE spider has to plow through all that code just to find the text. The more difficult you make it the less likely you are to get a good listing

Make sure you have good quality content and good keyword density. At the moment you have almost no text on your home page in a very competitive market. With no text, Google can't list you.

Also note that the SERP for 'singapore property' has over 6 million hits. The chances of you being found are negligable.

But most of all: be patient.

Great answer fisicx!
Just a note on google ~ I have about 100 names that I park (no content except for what sedo provides). All names were submitted to the search engines in the same manner, but google only recognizes some of them. I can't find any reason for them to treat one site differently from another which is essentially the same. Just realize that Google does things their own way, and follow the suggestions listed above.

You can also submit your website to Google through the Search Engine Submit feature in cPanel :)

Well you have about 50,000 keywords. Google only looks for about 20 or 25 of them. Hmm... If you added your site to google - addurl, then it should be up, because there is no flash, and is it basic htm. Maybe the robots just aren't visiting your site! It looks alright though, maybe add some more information to the front page, and see what happens.

Best Regards, and Good Luck on your site!

Missed the keywords, there were so many that they headed off west on my validator and I couldn't see the end!

However, Google takes absolutely no notice of metatags other than to see if the keywords are repeated on the page itself. You have a zillion keywords that are not on the page. This can be considered by Google to be spam and could well be why you are not listed.

Remember my last post - do not annoy the Gods at Google.

If you have been blacklisted then the only option is to buy a new domain name and start again.
