Google ban re-consideration times

Google blocked one of my websites. Users see warning page (in horrible red colour) saying the website contains malware (the statement is not true, what Google thinks dangerous is a flash third party banner, I bet). Sure, I sent a message asking about re-consideration, but reviewal time is up to several weeks (Google FAQ says), that's unacceptable. Any idea how to speed it up, guys?

Will sort of "demand letter" (letter before action) work? I can send one to their UK address (Google UK Limited). Domain owner is a UK company. They simply cannot do what they want on the Internet, must be limits. I scanned this website with McAfee (siteadvisor.com/sites/*********.org.uk), it's clean. Cleaner than Google, I think.

I had a problem with them on quite a few websites. They want you to fix the errors and resubmit the site etc. The process take 3 weeks from what I can remember. That is why I am partial to Bing/Yahoo because of their tactics.

And for the peanut gallery, you don't have to "SPAM" to get the Google lube.

In fact, I'm not gonna change anything in the code. It's quite safe and absolutely harmless. Flash ad will also remain in place. The problem is how to get in touch with these... people.

The problem is when you talk to them in "live chat" it's a waste of time. Even if you remove the banner and resubmit it, it will take a while for approval. It's unreal.

My crusade has just started: I sent another re-consideration request (saying that I need a response within 24 hrs, or - if ignored again - will be sending a formal letter-before-action by post). I do not expect much, but, hopefully, it will breathe some life into their communication habits

Hooray!.. Sorted without crusade Well accessible now. Third party website was hacked and infected (I had its banner published on my site).
