Google Allowing Trademark PPC Ads

Google is now allowing trademark PPC ads. What do you guys think this will do for trademark domains, if only for running PPC sites and affiliate programs through Amazon, CJ, etc?

I think it's great news... and makes sense - if one reads the article, it mentions that a specific TM policy review will apply to all Adwords keywords that are trademarks.

As for monetizing through affiliate programs, the vendors usual keyword policies will apply - those are the ones PPC marketers who monetize through affiliate programs will have to pay attention to! Paying for ads is the 'easy' part; collecting affiliate revenue is more critical and subject to vetting by each particular affiliate program.

Pretty much all companies that run affiliate programs disallow outbidding them on TM terms.
