Google adwords, SEO newbie question

I checked out google adwords keyword tool.

I tried "englisch frankfurt" and there are 9,900 searches a month.

But "englischfrankfurt" <10

and "englisch-frankfurt" just gives different tips for other keywords.

You cant register a domain name with a space and names with - for example "englisch-frankfurt.de" seem to be something to stay away from.

Even though it said <10 I still got "englischfrankfurt.de"
Because I run a small language school in Frankfurt and English is the main language that people want to learn its something I know about and I hope to use it to redirect to my main site ,or maybe it was just a really stupid idea and Im the only one that thinks its good.

The question is if you find something interesting that involves 2 keywords whats the best way to get a domain name with those words?
Written together, with a - , or just not at all.

Without the "-". Definitely. You made the right choice.

Search engines understand that EnglischFrankfurt is two words and that it's relevant to people searching for Englisch Frankfurt. Also, without the hyphen, it's easier to tell someone the name of your website and easier for most people to remember it.

Park it for a little while, see if you get any type-in traffic. If you do, then it would make sense to redirect to your main site. If not, another way to use the domain would be to develop it as a resource for people trying to learn English.

Good content will lead to new people finding your site with (hopefully!) many search terms related to your site content. Then some strategically-placed links to your main site will drive business.

thanks for the reply , after I posted this I parked it. Thats a great idea about the developing the site and I could create content without a problem.
My question as a newbie is what should I regard as "a little while"
