Cannot state this as this violates the Google TOS, but running in XXX amounts a month

Google Adsense, as I have tested is the best publishing program available for webmasters (highest paid ads etc.)
If someone can suggest a better alternative, I will appreciate ?

Do you have to sign up for every domain you own? Or once you are in can you just keep generating the code for other sites? I didnt see it anywhere on the site so maybe one of you knows.

You just need to make one account with google, you can add as many domains you want there.
But make sure, you check Google TOS, before adding any of your sites, (cause google hates porn, warez and gambling sites) in case you add any of these type of sites to your google account, there is a possiblity of getting all your domains banned..

Another important thing*
Once banned from Google Adsense, its almost impossible to get your domain backup for adsense...
Tremedous loss.

I just put some code on another site, and now the login isnt working.
I only changed the index.html, index.php, overall_footer.tpl, and overall_header.tpl -anyone know why it might do that?
