Good web designer directories?

Does anyone know any good web designer directories to join to help get their sites noticed? There's so many trash web designers on the net and I want to set myself apart from the ones who use front page etc.

Seeing as there are obviously many talented people on this board have you got any ideas? The UKWDA is a joke but seems to be the most popular I've found so far
