Hi,
Im concidering selling my proxy P x Y O com (no spaces).
The site has been live for just over 3 months now.
I did some work promoting it initially and it really did take off. Promotion included submiting to proxy.org, some hand picked top sites and a few promos on Myspace (no comment spamming though, just mentions on my own page).
I have stopped active promo and trafic has leveled out with a bit of a dip at the end of school term but still active.
Stats
Note: These are from AWStats.
The site is averaging 1500 uniques a month, 130 per day.
Trafic is mainly US.
Referals are mainly top sites now. Myspace has died.
Quite a lot of seach engine trafic too.
15GB transfer per month.

Revenue
The site hasnt been well monetized to be honnest and whats worse is I didnt really track it. It has google firefox and google pack adds on the from page which brough in 2 signup. Adbrite has earned a little ($4) and Bidvertise on the proxied pages brought in a further $4. I didnt really know the best way to monetize this and with the problems around google and proxy.org I havent fulfilled its potential. I havent provided proof as it is very little money. Im not selling this based on income.
Design
The design is based around a free design but i chopped it up and made it work in firefox as well as IE though it still has issues at very small resolutions (800 wide or less and even then it only makes the list of pre existing links span 2 lines).
Reason for sale
Im considering selling as I dont have time to really promote it properly and it is such a potential goldmine for some one. Its not a problem for me to keep it.
Hosting/Domain
At present this is hosted on a VPS with 256 Ram in the UK. This is far from the only site on there and the server copes fine. I will provide hosting for up to two weeks. In this time you can have full access to cPanel to make the backup to move the site. I can potentially provide hosting as I do work for a hosting company though we arent in the budget market so it may be cheaper to find alternitive hosting.
The domain is in enom so either a free reseller account or a push is no problem. Brilliant LLLL.com bound to go up in value!!!
Assets
I consider there to be 3 main assetts to this proxy:
Great name as Ive said which is valueable now and bound to go up.
Good traffic coming right now. No need to start from scratch!
Huge potential - if you put some time in and a bit of promo this is just the right time to build this up in time for school and make some good money.
This would also be a great addition to an existing network.
