Good Paid-to-Click sites

Can anyone share some legit/reliable paid-to-click sites?
My friend's little brother wants to try it and I just want to maybe share some sites that he can go to.

I'm moving this thread. The PPC section is for discussing Pay PER click programs as a way to monetize your web site.

Paid TO click programs - falsly inflate traffic stats and some of them pay people to commit click fraud. And if your friend's brother is a minor, there may be adult material. Not recommended - doesn't even pay much, there are better ways to earn money.
