Most of the results are inaccurate. I keyed in few terms and results it gave me at random times were different.

I can show you numerous examples. Let's go with WordTracker.
Key in any premium generic domain and compare with the orginal tool. It's all different.
I see what you mean now, Charley. From the wording in your original post I took it that you meant Estibot was internally inconsistent, which it is not.
Overture has stopped producing new data a long time ago. Estibot uses the old data, and there is ever only one possible result for a certain keyword, and it is always the same. There are some differences between estibot and overture.com results, because estibot uses its own data to complement Overture where Overture is lacking (plurals, for example). For wordtracker I have been trying to negotiate a lower price (because estibot is free to use) for getting up-to-date data, but with little success, so the data is combination of old results and in part an extrapolation from other services, and it is updated only when needed. The data is internally consistent.
Whether Overture or Wordtracker are "accurate" in themselves, is up for debate, well, actually, they're not. Whether you get 200,000 or 300,000 searches for "sex", means little, because that's always an estimate, not direct data, and is vulnerable to various sources of bias.
For instance, Wordtracker gives zero search popularity for "Estibot" although anyone using the Google keyword tool knows it's not true, and I know "estibot" has hundreds of searches each day in the search engines - ergo, Wordtracker is not "accurate", so you can't really say estibot is "inaccurate" in comparison.
I realize the estibot data has severe shortcomings, it's the best I can do with the current budget..
By the way, the related searches you see in the right hand column, is not Overture nor Wordtracker, it is my own estimation of searches based on those two plus Google.
