What are some good paying CPM programs.

I'v looked at:

FastCLick
Casale Media
Tribal Fusion

so far got rejected by Casale Media, and waiting on response from other two.

Any other big players or small ones in the game?

I have found a CPM network that has made me some larger amounts than a few others I have tried.

Currently I have only had the ads up for 2 days and have already made 15x what google payed me in the same time.

On average I am getting $0.20 CPM. Which is larger than any other company I have went with. (I havent tried FastClick/other big ones)

My site is photo and wallpaper based with average traffic of 1000 uniques a day with 20-50k impressions a day. The two days I have been running the ads I have made $15.70. Google has never paid me more than $2 for a day.

My site is racking up over 2 million impressions epr month and growing. The big CPM companies do not accept my aplication, and PPC companies arent either. I was using YPN and getting approximately $100/day however they changed their policies and now classified my site as a non-content site and asked me to remove ads. YieldManager/RightMedia was getting me $3/day which is pathetic, and Google is racking up $12/day. Any other good suggestions?

I'c applied to all the above programs, half did not respond to me, a quarter rejected me, and the ones that accepted me provide pathetic CPM rates.
