I have a domain that was unused and virtually unparked for several months.
3 days ago I moved everything back over to Sedo for parking.
Strange.
This one domain in 3 days has generated about 1300 unique hits and almost 500 click throughs about $16 Sedo Money.

Traffic is coming from all over the world. Actual legit type ins.
Most popular keyword is a "dirty" word. Looks like the landing page is being used as a portal.

Since I am no expert I am asking for some good advise on how to use this domain name for its potential. Right now I dont have the time to make a site or blog and maintain it as I just trying to get by day to day.

Open to ideas and suggestions.

Move it from Sedo to a parking company that offers better RPC. Parked or Fabulous - although you may get lower CTR. The best thing to do is experiment and try several parking services to see who is doing the best.

Good advise but can you tell me if Google is limiting payments for "dirty" keywords. Did Sedo make agreement to host ads from another source to increase revenue to parked users?

IMO, you very well could be losing 2,3,4,5 X's that amount. Sedo has been one of the worst places that I have ever parked.

Try fabulous or Parked.com as Justin suggested. You will see greater number.

I strongly urge you to develop the name as it is begging for it. Starting an adult blog is one of the ways to go. As far as maintaining it is concerned, you can find many qualified individuals who will write blog posts for you & some do the maintaining of it as well.

It was tied into myspace with a redirect to a profile that may be where the traffic is coming from.
