Going rate for a PR7 link?

I have two questions:

1. What is the going rate for a link on a pr7 website, link would show up on 4-5 other internal pr7 pages (including homepage)

2. What is the going rate for a pernament link on a pr6 website? Front page, or internal pages?

This is a website that gets about 2000 pageviews per day and is web design/development related.

I have seen people asking $125 per month for home page only pr7 with so/so traffic. Is there a place that discusses paid links in more detail? Maybe a price guide?

There are sites that sell these types of links, selling them here will probably get you less money.

Just post a thread looking for offers over a certain amount of $$$ that you thinks reasonable then take the highest bidder or give them the best link position.
