Godaddy wins the .TV contract over Verisign. This may be a good sign as they may be willing to spend money to market the extension.

They can't be any worse than Verisign. They did nothing for the extension.

I can say that this extension doesn't get the right promotion. I believe GD will do better than Verisign. I just hope the prices don't go up.

I scanned the article but did not see when daddy takes over...does anyone know? Perhaps it was immediate. I've got a feeling daddy will raise prices...I've got a few dozen to add a year or two, to.

There may be a reevaluation of the pricing structure once Godaddy starts to really get involved. Will be interesting to see what happens.
