question GoDaddy weird payment method problems, need help ASAP!!

Hi, i'm trying to transfer my domain in Register.com to Godaddy.com.. So i bought one transfer, inserted a coupon code (so it would cost me ~2$), but when I try to pay. But an error pops up:

There was a problem processing your transaction. Please verify your payment information or use an alternate form of payment.

I have 3 preferred payment methods which one of them must be available to use (concerning funds), Moreover they are not giving me the possibility to pay with PayPal (Which I've also put it in alternate payment methods)

Can anyone tell me what's the problem? I must transfer it ASAP! haha

Geo restricted coupons works only in some countries.

Example : Variant, Zilla may work for 1.99 Transfer/New Reg in USA but not for my country (India).

Some coupon codes that do not contain numbers give this red message in some countries. Just use a different coupon.

Thanks, but i have another problem that is not connected to this one:

When I transfer a domain name from another registrar to godaddy, a customers godaddy account not mine, do i need to send him an email with the auth code or transfer domain insert the transaction ID and the other code to MY account and then they're allowing me to decide to which account do they transfer the domain...?

Afaik, the person who order the transfer (i.e. pays for the transfer to GoDaddy) gets the domain to his / her account only.

Yes. Or you can transfer the domain to your GoDaddy account and then push (for free) to customer.

No, you purchase the right to make a transfer, not a code.
