I called Godaddy this morning and they will provide discount codes for bulk .TV renewals.

The key is to get classified as a Godaddy "Retention Customer".

According to their sales team this is decided on a case-by-case basis. I believe you would need at least 500 domain names to be considered. The discounts are variable and dependent on several factors such as current regular price, number of domains renewed, etc.

Is the discount more than 20%? I used a promotional code this morning and got 20% off my tab without a call. We are going to renew our portfolio soon and if they will do 40-50% retail, we would stay with them.

It looks like 20% is the best we can do regardless of account status. I've been talking to my account rep and he indicated that GD has tightened the prices on .TVs for some reason. My guess is that they took a pretty big hit on that last .TV sale.

i get the renewal price from them @ 25-00 per tv name, which they told me that this is the best they can do. really? anyone get more cheaper than this, for a bulk renewal of 80-100 tv domain names.
