.tv GoDaddy renewal price?

About 2 weeks ago I went to renew a few .Tv names at godaddy, it said renewals were $8.88, too bad Im low on $$$ I would have renewed all .Tvs I own for years.

Anyone know whats going on with that?

Wow! Are you serious they were really $8.88??? Nowhere else would come anywhere near that! Domainmonster's renewals are like $22.99 each & they're usually the cheapest.

Actually it was over my phone where the deal appeared.

It was $39.99 and crossed through with red, then beneath it said $8.88 and with fees $9.60.

Not sure what that was about?

Damn, wish I knew about this before. Does it work for transfers from other registrars to Godaddy too or just renewals?

The renewal method still works. I went to renew via my samsung android phone and the price is $9.87 per year, per name. I took a picture so you know I'm telling the truth LOL! You cannot use paypal far as I can tell.

I know this information could really save thousands for the big investor!

Thanks indeed Domainacrobat! I just renewed 1812.tv for 9 bucks CAD. Confirmed by email. It was on an iphone, in Canada,so that bodes well, same drill, at the last checkout screen the prices are cut. It looks like they want to get more mobile users. I picked a good time to check back in the .TV forum. Thanks again. Grab your phones folks.

I just put them in my cart in godaddy.mobi then once I got there I went to the Godaddy main site... it will say "n items in cart" as it shares the same cart as the mobile site.

Then I paid multi years with Paypal because the normal site takes paypal!

Cakes.TV, Ballooning.TV, Naturist.TV, Squared.TV, Milestone.TV... all good for another 2 years at $20 each and via Paypal... might consider adding a few more years to a couple. This doesn't help me cut down on names, of course.

Wish I had not spend time transferring names away!
