Ease of use means a lot if you plan on acquiring more than a few domains. Saving a couple of bucks at a registry that is difficult to navigate can be a nightmare if you ever want to change the name servers, contact information, or transfer ownsership.

No they change their promotions every month. Last month was a really nice deal with $6.95 .COM's. However the .US promotion seems to go on and on for some reason. If they can keep it $4.95 it makes me wonder what eNom's story is.

Name.com price is 6.99$ for .com/.net/.org Although I use both registrars, name.com is now cheaper for above TLDs. They also give 'no problem' setup for nameservers change, etc.
